MR. ED - " I have never experienced such an aromatic scent as that of your fir needle candle! It puts you right in the woods. One thing I do with the candle is not burn it, but heat it on a small coffee cup warmer which melts the candle and emits the odor. You have all the candle makers beat!"
THE MOTTS FROM ORRVILLE - "You have wonderful products!!! Your packaging is excellent. Your service is prompt. Thank you SO much, kind ones! Our daughter and her husband have a small business. It is hard WORK!!! I will pray for you as I do them. Blessings to you this Holy season!"
KIM IN GROVELAND - "Dear Angie, I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude to what a wonderful product you have. Last year I was gifted your Fir Needle candle. I didn't have time to use it then, when I brought it out for this season, I was so happy with the quality of it and the scent is so true and lovely. I decided I needed more and also bought a Libbey Status Jar for my best friend. I know she will love it too. On top of such a quality product, when your package arrived I was so delighted by how it was packaged, the sprig of fir tree was just an added bonus. It is very apparent that care went into packaging my candles for not only shipping but for the recipient opening the package. In today's world where sometimes service and presentation are ignored, you have done a wonderful job at preserving presentation and packaging. I was also impressed with how quickly it arrived. The quality of your product, service and presentation has made a raving fan out of me. I know I'll be purchasing again from you for myself and my gifts. Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!"
BRADLEY FELL FOR US! - "Tried a 4oz container of the Fir Needle body butter from the Wyattville Country Store in Franklin, PA (Venango county) and I could not have loved it more. I've always, always lamented the lack of body products that smell purely of fir/evergreen- there are always candles and household products, but never something that was safe to wear as a fragrance or lotion. You guys have blown me away with your range of products, and I'm honored to support you. You've got someone hooked here who will be a long time customer of you guys for years to come. Keep safe, and thank you for continuing to sell your products!"
JANICE IN MASS - "My expression of gratitude and appreciation... I ordered candles for the first time from you, and received them practically the next day! When I open the box, I was overwhelmed, delighted! I never expected such a wonderful experience opening a box! The cardboard linguine topped by a fir branch mingled with the fragrance of the candles was exceptional! My enthusiasm has already spread to all of my friends, family and associates! One thousand thank you’s, for for providing both an experience and product that lift the spirit, during these difficult times! With sincere appreciation for the quality and attention to detail, to both you and your crew! The highest of praise!"
M & M - "Hello, We recently purchased a few of your bayberry candles at a holiday market in Virginia and we absolutely fell in love with the quality and the smell of them. We checked out your beautiful website and ordered 4 more candles to tide us over the next few months. We cannot say enough good things about your business. We received a detailed email from you immediately after placing the order. We received the order very quickly during the busy month of December. The order was packed perfectly with recycled, shredded cardboard (we think?) and a fresh fir sprig. Really outstanding in every way. Thank you so much for providing great products and great service. Best Wishes and Happy Holidays!" Moira and Mike
JOANN FOR JUNIPER - "Dear Angie and Tom, After receiving my candle order this morning, I couldn’t wait to experience the scent of juniper so I lit a candle in our bathroom and kitchen. As always, I am never disappointed with the quality of your candles. Looking forward to my holiday order of bayberry candles (my favorite)." Sincerely, Joann
